Job summary

Busy Bees Swindon Peatmoor is seeking an experienced Assistant Centre Director to support the Centre Director in day-to-day operations and educational standards. You will lead a team to deliver Busy Bees’ Bee Curious curriculum and ensure high-quality learning experiences for children.

The role requires leadership experience in an early years setting, a Level 3 qualification or above, and a commitment to regulatory compliance and staff development.

Qualifications

• Leadership and mentorship experience within an early years setting.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver high-quality early years curriculum.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and health and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Director in overseeing daily operations and educational standards.
• Assist in developing and delivering an engaging curriculum for children.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and health and safety standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to staff for a cohesive, motivated team.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering a positive centre experience for families.
• Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, payroll, and recruitment.
• Support financial planning and sustainability of the centre.
