Job summary

Morgan Jones Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Nursery Manager for Ramsgate. The role offers £30,000–£33,000 DOE, full‑time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

You will support daily operations, lead staff, ensure EYFS compliance, and foster strong parent relationships while contributing to planning and improvements in a well‑resourced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior nursery practitioner or deputy role.
• Relevant childcare qualification (Level 3 or above).
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Confident leadership and communication skills.
• Passionate about early years development and care.
• A current and valid ENHANCED DBS is required.
