Busy Bees Leeds is inviting applications for an Assistant Centre Director to partner with the Centre Director in running a busy nursery. You will lead educational delivery, support staff, and ensure regulatory compliance to achieve outstanding Ofsted outcomes.

The role requires an Level 3+ qualification in early years and proven leadership experience, with a focus on curriculum development and safeguarding. A dynamic team environment and commitment to children’s development are essential.

Qualificações

• Level 3 qualification or higher in early years education.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in an early years setting.
• Proven track record of curriculum development and educational excellence.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience ensuring regulatory standards and health and safety compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Centre Director in overseeing daily operations and maintaining educational standards.
• Assist in developing and delivering a high-quality curriculum for children.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and health and safety policies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, fostering a cohesive team.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and a positive centre experience for families.
• Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling and recruitment.
• Support financial planning and records management to ensure sustainability.
