Busy Bees Nurseries Ltd. seeks an Assistant Centre Director to support the Centre Director in daily operations and educational leadership at Busy Bees in Biggleswade. You will help deliver a high-quality Bee Curious curriculum, mentor staff, and ensure regulatory compliance, health and safety standards, and exceptional service for families.

Qualifications

• Approved Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in early years with leadership or supervisory role (Assistant Nursery Manager or Deputy Nursery Manager preferred).
• Proven track record of educational excellence and curriculum development.
• Strong communication and organisational skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Director in overseeing daily operations and maintaining educational standards.
• Assist in developing and delivering an engaging, high-quality curriculum for children.
• Ensure the centre complies with regulatory requirements and maintains safety standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to staff to sustain a cohesive team.
• Lead efforts to enhance customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service for families.
• Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, payroll, and recruitment.
• Manage operational records and support financial planning for sustainability.
