Job summary

Malmaison Liverpool is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Night Manager to lead hotel operations from sundown to sunrise. You will be hands-on, guiding the night team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold brand standards across all departments.

The role offers a 42-hour week at £13.86 per hour on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, with a focus on guest satisfaction, service excellence and supporting internal development within the property.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is preferred.
• Strong guest service orientation with a professional demeanor.
• Willingness to work night shifts and a 4 on/4 off pattern.
