Malmaison is seeking a Night Manager to oversee hotel operations from dusk to dawn, ensuring guest satisfaction and brand standards across every shift.
You will lead and coordinate overnight guest services, manage expectations, and drive continuous improvement with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences in a luxury setting.
£13.43 per hour plus TRONC (service charge) / 40 hours
4 on / 4 off shift pattern

The Night Manager oversees the running of the hotel from sundown to sunrise. This is a hands on role managing the guest expectations and ensuring the standards of the brand are maintained.
