Job summary

Retail Human Resources plc, on behalf of a leading fashion retailer, is seeking an enthusiastic assistant merchandiser to join its fast-paced merchandising team. You'll support stock management, analyze performance and help deliver profitable seasonal ranges.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising experience within retail or fashion.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability.

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience supporting planning, forecasting and trading decisions would be advantageous.

A leading fashion retailer is looking for an enthusiastic assistant merchandiser to join its dynamic merchandising team. This is an excellent opportunity for an existing assistant merchandiser or a strong merchandise assistant ready to take the next step within a fast-paced, multi-product retail environment.

The Role:

Reporting into the Merchandiser, you'll play a key role in managing stock, analysing trading performance and supporting the delivery of profitable seasonal ranges. Working closely with buying, merchandising and wider cross-functional teams, you'll help drive sales, maximise margin and ensure stock is in the right place at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting stock management, forecasting and WSSI updates
• Producing and analysing weekly trade reports and performance insights
• Managing allocations and monitoring deliveries
• Assisting with markdowns, promotions and seasonal planning
