As an Assistant Planner within the Merchandise Planning team at Ralph Lauren, you will assist the planning team in optimizing inventory management, forecasting, and strategic planning to drive business performance.

This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for retail and merchandise planning.

Responsibilities include:

1. Updating reports on a weekly, monthly, and ad hoc basis.
2. Actualising the department's WSSI weekly.
3. Attending and preparing for weekly trade meetings, able to formulate and deliver trade messages independently.
4. Providing accurate data to support analysis for key seasonal meetings, including hindsight and sign-offs.
5. Updating and forecasting department line cards to maximize sales potential and optimize stock availability across channels.
6. Systematically updating seasonal recodes.
7. Owning the department stock delivery schedule and communicating updates to the team.
8. Responsible for actioning seasonal markdowns and communication to stores.
9. Participating in regular store visits, collating store reports, and assisting in creating follow-up presentations.
10. Undertaking competitor analysis regularly and presenting relevant points.

• Proactively promoting improvements to working practices and systems.

Communications & Partnerships:
