Job Overview

Reporting to our Senior Merchandiser, you will support the Product team in maximizing sales through effective stock management. Who You Are
  • Experienced in Merchandising, either as an Assistant Merchandiser or Merch Admin Assistant seeking progression
  • Organized with excellent attention to detail and a focus on quality work
  • Strong data interpretation and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Effective communicator across all levels
  • A problem solver with good time management skills
Responsibilities
  1. Prepare weekly trade reports and analyze data to identify opportunities and risks, presenting findings in meetings
  2. Create ad hoc reports to support decision-making across the business
  3. Manage line cards, forecast sales and stock, and suggest buys
  4. Review stock intake considering sales, freight budgets, and supplier constraints, supporting decision-making
  5. Assist in stock ordering processes, including creating POs, managing barcodes, and scheduling deliveries
  6. Generate end-of-season analysis reports and support the Senior Merchandiser with insights
  7. Own the stock ordering process, maintaining accuracy and timeliness
  8. Support and train MAA team members to develop their skills
  9. Build strong relationships across departments
