Key Responsibilities
Stock Management
  • Monitor and manage stock replenishment.
  • Support stock reviews and planning.
  • Assist with range plan updates.
  • Support WSSI management and documentation.
Sales Analysis
  • Prepare weekly trade packs.
  • Manage daily sales reporting.
  • Assist with season/event reviews.
  • Provide omnichannel performance insights.
Forecasting Support
  • Oversee stock flow for core lines.
  • Analyze historical sales for buying decisions.
Product Lifecycle Management
  • Maintain accurate product classifications.
  • Support promotional strategies with data insights.
Product Launch Execution
  • Coordinate timely product launches.
  • Align stock allocations.
  • Support post-launch performance analysis.
Intake Management
  • Track delivery schedules and flag risks.
  • Partner with Buying for reporting accuracy.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years in buying/merchandising with KPI understanding.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, commercially focused.
  • Proficient in Excel; basic Power BI knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
