Zizzi in Hemel Hempstead is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead busy shifts and support the General Manager in delivering excellent food and service.

You will oversee floor operations, coach front-of-house teams, and ensure high standards of hospitality. This hands-on leadership role offers the platform to progress toward General Manager, with benefits and opportunities to develop in a thriving restaurant group.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Manager or similar in high-volume hospitality
• Proven ability to coach front-of-house teams
• Strong focus on brand standards and guest experience
• Track record of improving KPIs and business results

About the role

As an Assistant Manager, you are a key driver of our restaurant's success. Partnering closely with the General Manager, you will step up to lead the floor, manage shifts, and keep our team inspired during high-volume rushes. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance a buzzing dine-in, whilst keeping a sharp eye on food and service standards.
