Job summary

Zizzi Restaurants in the United Kingdom is recruiting an Assistant Manager for our busy Leamington Spa location. Starting from £31,800 per year plus tronc and benefits, you will lead the floor, manage shifts, and keep the team energized during peak periods.

Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll drive guest satisfaction, coach staff to deliver standout hospitality, monitor standards, and contribute to financials and KPIs.

About The Role

As an Assistant Manager, you are a key driver of our restaurant's success. Partnering closely with the General Manager, you will step up to lead the floor, manage shifts, and keep our team inspired during high-volume rushes. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance a buzzing dine-in, whilst keeping a sharp eye on food and service standards. • Take full ownership of the restaurant's "curb appeal", keeping standards and safety spot on.
• Work with the GM to monitor performance, manage the financials, and track service metrics to be "better than yesterday".
