Job summary

Nando's in Soho is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, coach the team and deliver the PERi-PERi experience to guests. You will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, supervising operations, and supporting store performance.

The role features a 3-month training plan from Day 1, opportunities for internal progression, a competitive bonus package, and benefits including staff meals and staff discounts. Salary up to £38,000 per year.
