Nando's in Scunthorpe is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver legendary customer service. You will run smooth shifts, coach staff, and drive operational excellence while growing your leadership journey within a supportive, people-focused restaurant group.

You will be responsible for planning shifts, motivating the team, and ensuring a seamless customer journey across Eat-in, Collect and Delivery. A strong candidate will thrive in a busy setting.
