Job summary

The Body Shop in York is seeking an inspirational leader to partner with the Shop Manager to drive the store and your team to deliver retail excellence and engaging customer experiences.

You will lead a passionate team, shape a customer-focused store environment through campaigns and activism, and work to meet sales targets while developing customer loyalty and embodying the brand's activist spirit.
