Key Responsibilities

1. Assess clients' procurement capabilities against best practices, identifying improvement areas across people, process, and technology.
2. Develop procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
3. Design improvements in procurement capabilities, including operating models, organization redesign, procurement techniques, technology, and processes.
4. Support clients in implementing end-to-end procurement improvements, covering business partnering, benefits realization, analytics, category management, sourcing, contract and supplier management, Source to Pay, sustainable procurement, and responsible sourcing.
5. Evaluate insource/outsource options for back- and middle-office and frontline services, including managing outsourced contracts.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Experience in designing and delivering solutions within consulting, design, technology services, or industry backgrounds.
2. Exposure to customer-centric front-office transformation programs.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in ambiguous situations.
4. Experience leading workstreams and deliverables for clients.
5. Understanding of agile delivery methodologies.
