Job summary

Cosy Club Swansea is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead hospitality teams and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will model professionalism, manage shift operations and drive high standards across service, food and drink and guest relations.

In this role you’ll support staff development, coordinate weekend and evening coverage, and contribute to a lively, safe and welcoming venue. A rewarding progression path and enhanced benefits accompany this position.

Working with us you could earn in the region of circa £43,000 per year:

• Base Salary: Up to £35,000 per year depending on experience


• Tronc: Estimated between £6.5k - £9.5k annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked.


• Bonus: Up to £3k additional bonus potential


• Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.
