Cosy Club Coventry is seeking an Assistant Manager who is passionate, professional and personable to lead the team on shift and deliver a memorable guest experience. You’ll help maintain smooth operations, drive excellent service and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere across our busy hospitality venue.

The role includes a competitive hourly rate with on-target earnings, generous rota patterns, staff perks and progression opportunities within our Cosy Club network.

Our Assistant Managers act as a role model to our Cosy Clubbers and can spot when your attention is required from the corner of your eye and act on it. In this role, you could get on target earnings of between £16.10 and £18.30 per hour

• Hourly rate of between £13.10 and £13.30 per hour depending on experience
• Estimated tronc of £3.00 - £5.00 per hour
• Full-time hours
