Cosy Club Lincoln, part of Loungers, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional hospitality from brunch to dinner. You’ll be a role model, ensuring smooth operations and memorable guest experiences at Cosy Club Lincoln.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, developing your team while maintaining our standards and guest satisfaction. This role emphasizes leadership, service excellence, and work-life balance.

Our Assistant Managers act as a role model to our Cosy Clubbers and can spot when your attention is required from the corner of your eye and act on it. Working with us you'll get a competitive salary plus tips, alongside:

• Overtime pay - work over your contracted hours and you'll get paid at your normal hourly rate, no pre-approval required
