Due to the nature of the work, applicants must hold current 'National Security Vetting' aligned with a National Security organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting large-scale transformation projects in the National Security sector to capitalize on existing and upcoming opportunities.
  • Developing robust problem-solving methodologies, structuring complex analyses, and delivering clear, effective outputs.
  • Engaging regularly with Partners, Directors, and Senior Managers to gather insights and provide updates.
  • Building strong relationships with clients at all levels, including senior leaders.
  • Contributing to planning and delivery of engagements, including work plans, timelines, and resource management.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience with complex consulting projects, including business or operating model change, strategy development, cost efficiency, investment support, or business case development.
  • Understanding of consulting methodologies and their application in the Defence sector.
  • Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative analysis, storyboarding, report creation, presentation skills, team management, and relationship-building.
Desirable Extras
  • Consulting experience within a ‘Big 4’ or mid-tier firm.
Locations

We are open to candidates across the UK, with core hubs in London Canary Wharf and Bristol. The role is mainly based in London/Bristol, with flexible options including remote work, flexible hours, and part-time arrangements. Please discuss your needs with our team.
