The Role

The Assistant Manager position is the first step toward leading and inspiring teams in one of our multi-million-pound restaurants. From day one, our values will guide your leadership and shape customer experiences.

Program Overview

This accelerated training program is designed to develop future leaders within our restaurants. After initial training, you will be promoted to 2nd Assistant Manager, becoming a key part of the management support system. Progression opportunities include roles such as 1st Assistant, Business Manager, and beyond.

Over nine months, you'll learn how our values influence our operations. Hands-on experience in kitchens, service areas, customer zones, and drive-thrus will build your confidence to make an impact across all parts of the business.
