Job Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deputise for the Store Manager in their absence
• Manage cash handling, banking, and related administration when the Store Manager is absent
• Ensure all till operations align with Fred Perry's standards
• Support the Store Manager in meeting KPI targets, communicate these to staff, and motivate the team
• Assist in stock control, including receipting transfers, monitoring stock levels, and presentation
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to customers
• Familiarize with shop operations manual, personnel, and Health and Safety policies
• Report KPI results and relevant issues to Head Office and Area Manager in the absence of the Store Manager

THE PERSON:

• Proven experience in team building and motivation
• Strong leadership and initiative skills
• Understanding of retail concepts such as gross margin, markdowns, and visual merchandising
• Ability to adapt quickly to business needs
