Job summary

The Fragrance Shop in Widnes is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead and work alongside the store manager, inspiring a high-performing team and delivering exceptional commercial results. You will create best-in-class customer experiences that bring our brand, expertise, and innovation to life.

As a key ambassador, you will drive luxury fragrance consultations, maintain outstanding merchandising and standards, and recruit and coach future leaders while using data to identify opportunities for
