Job summary

The Fragrance Shop are seeking a passionate, ambitious Store Manager to lead one of our UK stores. You will own store performance, profitability and customer satisfaction, coaching a team of consultants and an Assistant Manager as your deputy.

You’ll drive local initiatives, manage costs, maintain product knowledge, and ensure health and safety compliance. The role offers competitive pay (£30,920 per annum) with bonus opportunities and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience as Store Manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Proven ability to coach and develop a sales team.
• Strong customer service focus with a track record of achieving targets.
• Good communication skills with Area Manager/Head Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop plans to improve store performance and profitability.
• Coach and empower consultants and the Assistant Manager.
• Maintain product knowledge and hygiene with store standards.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and cost controls.
• Represent the store in local marketing initiatives.
