Job summary

Reiss is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our London Victoria store. You will lead a premium retail team, delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales and maintaining operational excellence. The role requires strong leadership, visual merchandising focus, and a track record of boosting store performance.

You will manage day-to-day store operations, coach staff, and support recruitment and performance reviews, ensuring targets are met in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience at a similar level.
• Proven track record of increasing overall business performance.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service through your team.
• Be highly visual and have strong commercial product management skills.
• Be able to flex between customer service, operational, technical and visual elements.
• Be confident working under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Be self-motivated, focused and driven to achieve team and individual goals.
• Be a great people manager, able to bring the best out of your team.
• Have good written and verbal communication skills.
