Job summary

Buzz Bingo is seeking a Live Bingo Assistant Manager to lead and develop a team delivering engaging Live Bingo sessions across online and retail channels. You’ll report to the Customer Operations Manager - Live Bingo and drive exceptional customer experiences, recruitment, scheduling, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and developing a team of Live Hosts and Chat Hosts.
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and performance management.
• Delivering engaging Live Bingo sessions and outstanding customer experiences.
• Managing social media activity, promotions and customer engagement initiatives.
• Overseeing day-to-day operations, scheduling and reporting.
• Monitoring performance, driving continuous improvement and achieving KPIs.
• Supporting payroll, operational costs and accurate customer payouts.
• Ensuring compliance with gaming regulations, safer gambling and company policies.
• Deputising for the Customer Operations Manager when required.

Location: Nottingham Studios (with occasional club visits as required)
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
Contract: Full Time (40 hours)

The Role

Reporting to the Customer Operations Manager - Live Bingo, you'll lead a team of Live Hosts and Chat Hosts, ensuring every session is engaging, compliant and delivered to a high standard.

You'll support team performance, customer engagement, operational delivery and commercial success, while helping to create memorable experiences for our players.
