Qualifications

• Previous management experience in hospitality is desirable.
• Ability to motivate and develop a team to deliver guest satisfaction.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, acting as Duty Manager when needed.
• Inspire and train your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be a role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that wow our guests and keep them coming back.
