Loungers' Croeso Lounge in Mumbles is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to support the General Manager, lead the team, and ensure every guest leaves happy. If you love hospitality and take pride in the small things, you’ll fit right in.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurants, bars, cafés or coffee shops as a Supervisor, Deputy or Assistant Manager.
• Lead shifts and motivate the team on the floor.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle complaints with tact.

Responsibilities

• Lead a variety of shifts (opens/closes/weekends) and delegate tasks to your team.
• Coach team through regular feedback to maintain a positive work environment.
• Manage rotas, stock, labour, and KPI monitoring to support the General Manager.
• Handle customer complaints confidently while upholding allergen and food safety standards.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new starters and help them settle in from day one.
• Be a welcoming host on the floor and bolster Lounges' local reputation.
