Greene King’s Pub & Grill is hiring an Assistant Manager to be at the heart of a busy pub. You’ll lead by example, ensure customers and teams have a great time, and support the General Manager in daily operations.

You’ll bring energy, leadership and a commitment to high standards, with English communication, adaptability during busy shifts, and eligibility to hold a Personal Licence. Greene King supports you through the licence process.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and develop staff.
• Commitment to brand standards and customer safety.

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and stepping in during their absence.
• Lead the team to deliver amazing experiences for customers.
• Be a role model for the team and assist with training and development.
