Job summary

Moto Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Manager in Exeter to lead a high-volume unit, drive sales and manage budgets while upholding brand standards and delivering excellent customer service. You will report to the Restaurant Manager and play a key role in developing your team and implementing health and safety standards.

The role offers development opportunities, a competitive salary (£31,500 per annum) and an annual bonus up to £3,640, plus a range of enhanced benefits and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• An understanding of maximising profit by driving sales and controlling costs.
• An ability to build strong and positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Adhering to and ensuring delivery of brand standards.
• An emerging track record in managing and leading teams in a high volume, retail or catering brand environment.
• An efficient and productive manager, ensuring delivery of tasks in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day unit management and operation, including driving sales, unit budget and P&L, delivering brand standards, Health & Safety and recruitment.
• Responsible for driving consistent high quality customer service.
• Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, feeding back on issues, progress and overall performance.
