Brunning & Price Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager for The Physician in Edgbaston. You will welcome customers, train and lead the bar and waiting team, manage busy services, and run special events to grow sales.

You’ll help decide beers to stock, gins and wines to serve, and plan events to engage guests. Benefits include basic salary up to £31,000 per year plus tronc, bonus up to £1,000, paid overtime, and great tips.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Manager in gastro pub/restaurant, bar, hotel or hospitality sector preferred.
