Job summary

Brunning and Price Pubs Ltd in Barnet is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead our busy The Duke of York venue. You’ll welcome customers, train and guide the bar and waiting team, supervise services and run special events, and help decide beers, gins and wines to serve.

We offer a basic salary up to £32,000 with tronc, a management bonus up to £1,000, paid overtime, free meals on shift, 30% staff discount, Nest pension, life assurance and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Experience as assistant manager in gastro pub or hospitality.
• Able to train and lead front-of-house team.
• Able to manage busy services and events.
• Able to decide beers on tap and beverages.
