Marston's PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn't around and leading from the front to create memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant/ Deputy Manager in a branded pub environment.
• Ability to deputise for the GM and drive KPIs.
• Passion for leading and motivating teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPI's.
• Inspire and motivate the pub team on every shift.
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM.
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/ branded environment.
• Lead from the front to create memorable experiences for our guests.
