Red Cow, part of Mitchells & Butlers’ Vintage Inns, is hiring an Assistant Manager. The role focuses on supporting the General Manager, leading staff, and delivering excellent guest experiences in a cosy pub setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management is required.
• Ability to train and inspire teams to deliver food, drink and service.
• Proven leadership and role modelling.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Lead the team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Mentor staff to develop within the team.
• Cover duties as Duty Manager when GM unavailable.
