Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking an Assistant Manager at the Saxon Mill to support the General Manager in daily operations and lead the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will mentor staff, drive service standards, and act as Duty Manager in the GM's absence.

You’ll be responsible for coaching team members, shaping the guest journey, and ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures while upholding brand standards across Premium Country Pubs.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to train and inspire team members.
• Strong leadership and development skills.
• Excellent communication with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and motivate the team to deliver exceptional food, drink and service.
• Act as Duty Manager when GM is unavailable.
