Arkle Manor is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, stepping in as Duty Manager when needed, and leading the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will train and inspire staff, model development, and guide the team to provide exceptional service that keeps guests returning. The role offers progression opportunities within Premium Country Pubs and Mitchells & Butlers.

Qualifications

• Hospitality management experience or strong supervisory background.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and act as Duty Manager when required.
• Train, mentor and motivate the team to deliver high-quality food, drink and service.
