Mitchells & Butlers plc’ Springfield Inn in the Vintage Inns collection invites an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager, guide daily operations, and motivate the team to deliver excellent guest experiences.

You’ll mentor individuals to be their best, lead by example, and help create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. The role offers progression within the Mitchells & Butlers group and a supportive team environment.

Responsabilités

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and act as Duty Manager when needed.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink and service to a high standard.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team to improve performance.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that wow our guests and keep them returning.
