Boots is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead day-to-day operations, coach the team and ensure customers and patients receive outstanding care. You will balance people, performance and store operations while maintaining high standards and a safe, compliant environment.

You will drive commercial results, support development, and be ready to step into leadership roles across-store or in central offices as opportunities arise.

• Take ownership of stock, cost control and loss prevention.
• Ensure store compliance by audits, checks and risk assessments.
• Use data and in-store insight to identify opportunities and act.
• Lead store confidently in the Store Leader's absence and make decisions.
