Qualifications

• Must have proven management experience in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to train and inspire a team to deliver great guest service.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations and cover as Duty Manager.
• Coach and motivate the team to deliver food, drink and service to high standards.
• Model behaviours and develop team members for career progression.
• Lead the team to create memorable guest moments and repeat visits.
