Job summary

Pret A Manger is hiring a Kitchen Leader in Manchester for a full-time role (35 hours per week). You will lead the kitchen to ensure consistent, high-quality food and mentor a team to deliver outstanding service daily.

We offer an hourly rate of £16.60 (includes a mystery shopper bonus) plus a shift premium for early hours, 28 days of annual leave, a pension and life assurance, healthcare, free meals on shift, and Pret Club benefits. Flexible hours and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to manage stock counts and administrative tasks.
• Strong customer service ethos and reliable shift reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations to ensure delicious, high-standard food.
• Inspire and manage the shop team to deliver excellent service daily.
• Promote Pret’s values and maintain a safe, clean kitchen environment.
• Oversee stock checks and complete administrative duties for smooth operations.
• Collaborate with Managers to monitor shift performance and resolve issues quickly.
