Fantastic opportunity for experienced and motivated skilled Assistant Manager

All positions are live-out and staff must have their own transport.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the General Manager in the daily operations of the pub.

* Lead and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional customer service.

* Ensure smooth and efficient bar and floor service, especially during peak hours.

* Assist with staff training, rota planning, and shift management.

* Maintain the traditional British pub atmosphere and uphold cultural authenticity.

* Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

* Oversee health and safety compliance, hygiene standards, and licensing regulations.

* Act as a key holder and take charge of opening/closing duties.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality.

* Strong understanding and respect for British pub traditions and clientele expectations.

* Confident in leading a team and making decisions under pressure.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

* Personal Licence (preferred or willingness to obtain).
