Job summary

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is recruiting an Assistant Manager for a busy leisure operation. You will coach and mentor the team on shift, ensure a safe, fun customer experience, and stay hands-on across front and back of house.

You will support the General Manager with back-of-house duties, drive financial targets, and uphold exceptional service standards in a fast-paced centre. Nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• minimum of twelve months' management experience in a fast paced, customer-facing environment ideally within the leisure, hospitality, or retail industry
• be passionate about customer service
• evidence of inspiring and developing large teams

You will support the General Manager with back of house duties, as well as running an exceptional operation front of house. You will be responsible for delivering financial targets and service standards.

To be successful you should have:
