Job summary

Search-Select LTD is seeking an Assistant Manager to contribute to supervising high and medium impact firms across regulated sectors, excluding banks and insurers. The role focuses on risk-based supervision, engagement delivery, and maintaining supervisory controls.

You will support the HMI Supervision team, assist in developing governance, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective oversight.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification in financial services or related field is required or actively pursued.
• Demonstrated CPD commitment with ongoing professional development.
• Experience in finance sector operations, compliance, risk or audit is desirable.
• Good written and verbal communication, and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising a portfolio of high and medium impact firms across regulated sectors.
• Support HMI Supervision team in delivering engagement work and reports.
• Contribute to supervisory methodology and risk-based supervision processes.
• Prepare risk assessments and identify potential risk trends for regulated entities.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders and support on-site inspections.
• Draft papers and periodic reports for the Board and relevant divisions.
