EGO Amersham is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll train, motivate and mentor colleagues, stepping in as Duty Manager when required to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Minimum previous management experience in a hospitality or pub environment.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to train and inspire a team to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• As Assistant Manager, support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and act as Duty Manager when needed.
• Train and motivate the team to deliver food, drink and service of the highest standard.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to create WOW moments that keep guests coming back.
