Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Graphic Designer to join our LFC Foundation team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and outputting promotional materials delivered across the Foundation and club channels.

What will you be doing?
  1. Support and collaborate with colleagues to develop impactful and creative multi-channel campaigns that showcase our storytelling and brand narrative.
  2. Ensure full compliance and alignment with brand guidelines and campaign platforms.
  3. Deliver a variety of creative approaches and graphic assets to brief, including social media content, emails, web banners, digital and print adverts, outdoor signage, and curriculum materials.
  4. Maintain the LFC Foundation’s core visual identity, ensuring brand guidelines are up to date and adhered to.
  5. Comply with safeguarding policies and procedures, ensuring outputs are compliant with relevant legislation to protect the charity and minimize risk.
  6. Work with the Digital Marketing Coordinator to ensure delivery and collaborate closely with the marketing and business development teams.
Who are we looking for?

To succeed in this role, you should hold a degree or equivalent qualification in graphic design and have experience developing content, graphics, and layouts from initial briefs, ensuring accessibility of images and fonts. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar, along with experience using HTML email, web technologies, and Microsoft Office packages, is required.

Experience creating and editing video content is advantageous, as is previous experience within marketing or communications teams, ideally across both commercial and non-profit sectors. Knowledge of financial planning and management is also desirable.

You should demonstrate a strong understanding of graphic design within a professional environment, possess excellent communication skills to support stakeholders, and have strong time-management skills to meet deadlines.
