Domino’s is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily store operations, delivering high standards of customer service and food quality. You will lead by example, coach the team, manage inventory, and help drive profitability while upholding Domino’s values.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience in hospitality or QSR, strong leadership and organisation, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced setting within the UK or Ireland.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality, retail or quick service restaurant (QSR) preferred
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering great service
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends and late nights as required
• Right to work in the UK or Ireland

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and deputise in their absence
• Lead, coach, and inspire team members to deliver excellent customer service
• Manage inventory, food safety and store cleanliness in line with company standards
• Monitor and control costs (labour, food, wastage) to maximise profitability
• Assist with recruitment, training and development of team members
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations
• Maintain a positive brand image and uphold Domino’s values
