Fuller’s pub at Trafalgar Square in London is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a fast-paced team delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee daily operations, motivate staff, and ensure high standards in food and drinks service.

The role offers career progression within Fuller’s, with training and development, staff discounts, and a supportive environment located in Central London. You will be part of a dynamic team serving a diverse crowd during major city events.

Pay rate based on a base rate plus an average of TRONC over the last 6 weeks

Situated opposite Lord Nelson's column on the famous Trafalgar Square, we are easy to find with great transport links & a window literally on to Central London.
