Job summary

The Harp in Covent Garden is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, mentor a diverse team and ensure memorable guest experiences. You will work in a vibrant, fast-paced pub environment, upholding Fuller’s values and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day running of the business to ensure smooth operations
• Hire, coach and develop front-of-house and kitchen teams
• Deliver exceptional guest service and uphold brand standards
• Control costs and maximise profitability while maintaining quality
• Uphold Fuller’s values and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
