Job summary

Marston's is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub team in Greater London. You’ll lead from the front, motivate staff and ensure memorable guest experiences while deputising for the GM.

You’ll focus on delivering key KPI targets, develop people, and contribute to local communities. The Aspire programme offers progression toward General Manager roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a branded pub environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver consistent guest experiences.
• Comfort deputising for the General Manager and running daily pub operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPIs.
• Inspire and motivate the pub team on every shift.
• Be passionate about doing the right thing for the team and guests.
• Be accountable for the pub's operation when deputising for the GM.
• Bring experience in a similar branded environment.
