Qualifications

• Previous Assistant Manager experience in a £20k+ pub or restaurant.
• Food-led experience preferred.
• Passion for hospitality and developing teams.
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings.

Responsabilités

• Support the General Manager and AGM to drive the business forward.
• Lead the delivery of fresh food offering and uphold Livelyhood’s five values.
• Drive KPIs and sales targets while maintaining high guest standards.
• Foster a collaborative, independent team environment.
